Hamkam lost 6-1 to Bodø/Glimt in the top match of the 1. divisjon on Saturday. Vegard Sannes and Roy Miller ensured a comfortable 2-0 lead at halftime for Glimt. Mounir Hamoud increased the lead to 3-0 after a little over an hour, but Hamkam got a glimmer of hope when Espen Olsen reduced the lead a minute later. But then Hamoud was on the spot again and made it 4-1. Substitute Olof Hvidèn-Watson, who is on loan from Odd Grenland, had a brilliant debut and increased the lead to 5-1 six minutes before the end. Three minutes later, the Swede ended the goal fest with his second and Glimt's sixth goal of the evening. Hamkam had won all their eight away games, but struggled to stop players like Mounir Hamoud and Olof Hvidèn-Watson. Bodø/Glimt delivered their best performance of the year and crushed HamKam in the top match. The home team did not give up until they were 6-1 up over the league leaders. A small consolation for HamKam can be that the team still tops the 1. divisjon, with Glimt one point behind. Molde can take over the lead with a win over Sparta Sarpsborg on Sunday. The match was played in front of 3961 spectators. Referee Morten Høgberg from Manglerud Star refereed the match. Yellow cards were given to Roman Kienast, Juha Pasoja, Kenneth Dokken and Jan Michaelsen from HamKam.
