Hamkam achieved a long-awaited win with 1-0 against Haugesund at home in Eliteserien on Sunday. This was the first win in nine games for Hamkam. – I haven't had time to taste much of this caramel yet, but I'm pretty sure the next week will be quite fine, said HamKam coach Jakob Michelsen to Discovery. Fredrik Sjølstad scored his first goal in Eliteserien for HamKam after picking up a rebound. – It feels very good. It was a very important win for us, said Sjølstad. HamKam was close to doubling the lead after 63 minutes when Amin Nouri fired from within 16 meters. Unfortunately for the hosts, Egil Selvik stopped the shot. Ten minutes later, it was the guests' turn to test Nicholas Hagen. Julius Eskesen headed a cross towards the goal, but Hagen managed to save the ball.
